    • Lead result oriented team & responsible for managing Branch Profitability, ensuring high-quality service & Customer Relationship Management.
    • Own all branch-banking objectives & overall branch supervision, Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets.

    • Branch Merchandising & co-ordination
    • Review Suspense & Dummy accounts & Complaints Handling
    • Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures
